There is a unifying principle among the distortions Italian, something that underlies all, that generates all. If you try to identify the biggest problem of our country, the source common of all the things that do not, many would suggest the policy, the other mob, even the mafia and other corruption, other entities that could be identified at a given moment seems particularly bad harvest, yet they are all talking the same thing: clientelism.

One thing certainly reinforces the other, but if there was the political base that covers them, getting in return for a package of safe and votes of the gains to be made by taking the decisions, not based on the needs of the territory that is government, but, mostly, trying to pour a significant part of public money on which to control their activities (even these lawful) if there was anything they would not be so strong.
In other cases there a direct financial involvement, we speak in these cases that are under pressure to lobby for certain laws (or will be promulgated to prevent others) and that of the reference policy.
But this happens not just in politics, there are also private groups that monitor power, which they reinforce each other, often bringing all'inefficenza general. Other assumptions made to pay for favors received, certain careers not by merit but by such mechanisms.
In every part of our society we find these mechanisms, the knowledge and re-knowledge.
policy in particular seems to have just made to many of these things and no way out.
Indeed it seems to me that there are parties for which it has actually done so and just try to make believe that is true for all, which can not be anything but that.
My impression is that instead and hope may well be different, that there are still policy that will not be so. Some are so obvious against this type of policy (if you want to call it that), but I fear that they are very few. It would be interesting to find mechanisms that go against this state of affairs and may lead to exclude from the policy of those in places with favors given and received, but admitted that you can think of who would then approve them? Perhaps an idea might
be idearli you bring them to the debate in parliament (and already here I think he's dreaming) and then see who votes in favor and those against (and of course this should be discriminating in subsequent elections).
But all this would have a meaning, a vague possibility to come true, if the majority of people would realize the seriousness of the problem, I really think that should be resolved, but as long as the majority continue to be among those who might derive some benefit or have derived some advantage, until he realizes that no one really gets the benefit, which creates a totality of the many clever fools, until there is a true civic spirit that leads to put the common good on its own, understanding that the common good is also theirs, and that in the long run will be greater than the small benefit momentary illusion, as long as their hopes and dreams I'm afraid it will sink deeper into the mire now ...
