One of the workshops offered this year for pupils of secondary school is the laboratory script and animation.
It is useful to take advantage of the blog of the school to fix the main points of what needs to be done (as a reminder for the lazy or as a cue of depth for the more active) in order to create a short animated films.
This workshop will be primarily (for short) reason for the impetus for those who want to use and develop new means of expression. The moving images are in fact primarily a tool to express something: an idea, a message or just an emotion.
The speech is of course valid for all films, but films of animation, in particular, allow to overcome the physical constraints that reality offers, reliance on lending instruments that are closest to the world of fantasy and it may represent the latter through the simulated movement patterns in rapid succession or other methods like (animated puppets, cardboard cutouts of photographs or simple)

We have already spoken in the classroom (during our first meeting) that we must start with an idea, this link can help you find it:

is born from the idea that the story we tell (or writer).
defined the idea, then think about who will play the lead role, which will be the setting and especially in how we mediate our message. Since, for obvious reasons of time (and skills) can not rely on a feature film, our idea must be conveyed clearly and with a few bars (or scenes).
help on how to prepare and / or writing the script we are given the following links (no matter who you talk about movies with actors of flesh and blood or produced by drawing or clay):

The script alone is not enough to better understand the effectiveness of our narrative may need to try to show (through some drawings) moments important.
To do so is very useful to use the storyboard .

not have to be good at drawing, we stylize the scenes and characters, but it is useful to set the decisive moments, shots and see if the narrative is clear enough to convey the message that we intend to convey.
tools to make our animated movies are pin on the use of personal computers and digital techniques: we use free software as pencil and audio editing programs (audacity ) and video ( Apple iMovie or Microsoft MovieMaker ), or entrust ourselves to the possibilities offered online by web 2.0.
