Mind you along to a certain point, since we live in a continent where France and England have made their process of national unification a few centuries ago and we were the first only in relation to neighboring Germany that created a unitary state few years later. but what matters is the clarity in our past to capture the highlights and shadows, bright pages and those willing to delete from memory because they think of great moments of collective grief or particular difficulties of the national community to which we belong.
